How long does shipping take?
We process orders in 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days within the United States. See the shipping policy.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Under $75, it is a flat $6.95.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We ship to the 50 states, Washington, D.C., PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Apparel should be unworn with tags, equipment unused in the original packaging, and supplements unopened with the seal intact. Full details are in the return policy.
How do I get a refund?
Send the refund request form or email us. We reply within one business day with return instructions. Once we receive your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Use the cancel order form or email us as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, you can return it within 30 days from the day you receive it.
Will I be charged again later?
No. Every order is a one-time purchase. We do not offer subscriptions or auto-ship, and we never charge your card without a new order from you.
What will the charge look like on my statement?
Your card statement will show BILLING_DESCRIPTOR_TBD. If you do not recognize a charge, email us before contacting your bank and we will sort it out.
How do I choose a size?
Our apparel uses standard US sizing. Measure your chest (tops) or waist (bottoms) and compare it with the chart below. If you are between sizes, or want a looser fit on the tri suit, go one size up.

Shin guard sleeves are sized by calf measurement. If you are not sure, email us the measurement and we will recommend a size.
What is on the Fuel shelf?
A short list of dietary supplements: iron, potassium and niacinamide capsules, plus two gummy products. Each bottle is sold on its own or in packs of 2 or 3, all as one-time purchases. Read the label before use, and talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments are encrypted, and we never store your full card number.
