Our 30-day return window
You can return most items within 30 days from the date you receive your order for a refund to your original payment method. The delivery date shown in your tracking information is the date we use.
What can be returned
- Apparel: unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.
- Equipment and speed and agility gear: unused, in the original packaging, with all parts included.
- Fuel shelf supplements: unopened, with the safety seal intact. For safety reasons we cannot accept opened supplements, unless the product arrived damaged or was the wrong item.
How to start a return
- Send the refund request form or email [email protected] with your name, order number and the items you are returning.
- We reply within one business day with a return authorization number and instructions.
- Pack the items securely, write the return authorization number on the outside of the package, and ship them to:

Refunds
- We inspect returns and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving them. We email you when the refund is issued.
- Your bank or card issuer may take another 3 to 10 business days to post the credit.
- The original shipping charge, if you paid one, is not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when an item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. In those cases we send a prepaid label and refund your original shipping too.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Start a return for the item you have and place a new order for the size you want, or ask us and we will reserve the new size for you while your return is on its way.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days from the day you receive it. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. A photo of the item and packaging helps us resolve it quickly.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order any time before it ships by using the cancel order form or emailing us. Cancelled orders are not charged, or are refunded in full. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
No subscriptions
All purchases at Fuel & Field Gear are one-time purchases. We never enroll you in a subscription or charge your card again without a new order.
