Before you send

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return and refund.
Apparel and equipment should be unused, with tags or original packaging. Supplements should be unopened with the seal intact.
If an item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, tell us what happened. A photo helps, and we can ask for one by email.
Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
