This policy explains how Price Right Products Corp ("we," "us" or "our"), which operates Fuel & Field Gear at fuelandfieldgear.com, collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, shipping address, phone number (optional) and order details when you place an order, and anything you include when you contact us or use our cancel, refund or contact forms.
- Payment information: card details are sent over an encrypted connection to our payment processor to complete your purchase. We do not store your full card number. We may keep the last four digits and card type for customer service.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through server logs.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
- To reply to your questions and requests.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and other service messages.
- To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, such as our payment processor, shipping carriers, email providers and hosting providers, and only as needed for them to do their work. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and customers.
Cookies and local storage
The Site uses your browser's local storage to remember the items in your cart. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. We do not use local storage to track you across other websites.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide service and to meet legal and tax requirements, generally up to seven years. Support messages are kept for as long as they are useful to resolve your request.
Security
We use encryption in transit and limit access to personal information to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending marketing emails, by writing to [email protected]. Residents of some states, including California, may have additional rights under state law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
