These terms apply to your use of fuelandfieldgear.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Price Right Products Corp ("we," "us" or "our"), Shiloh, Ohio. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and packaging may change. If an item you receive is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our return policy.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars. Shipping charges are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
- We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
- Your card is charged once for the total shown at checkout. The charge appears on your statement as BILLING_DESCRIPTOR_TBD.
- If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. One-time purchases only
Every order is a single, one-time purchase. We do not offer subscriptions, memberships or automatic reorders, and we will not charge your payment method again without a new order from you.
5. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have been charged, we refund the full amount.
6. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times and costs are described in our shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive your order, as described in our return and refund policy. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return. You may cancel an order before it ships using the cancel order form. If any other page on the Site appears to differ, the return and refund policy controls.
8. Dietary supplements
Products on the Fuel shelf are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Read the label before use and follow its directions. Talk to a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep supplements out of reach of children.
9. Safe use of equipment and apparel
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Use equipment as intended, follow any included instructions, inspect items before each use and stop using any item that is damaged. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise program. Some bands and accessories contain natural latex.
10. Site content
The text, design, logos and graphics on the Site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders or using automated tools to collect data from it.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in these terms and in our return policy, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
