Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Processing and delivery times
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Standard delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses can take a few extra days.
Larger items, such as the soccer rebounder or dip stands, may ship separately from the rest of your order. You will get a tracking number for each package.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at [email protected].
Lost, late or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to reship it or refund the order.
