If something is wrong with what arrives, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to send it back.

Before you order
Shipping. We pack orders in Shiloh, Ohio, Monday to Friday, and hand them to the carrier within two business days. Delivery inside the US usually takes another three to seven. You get a tracking number by email when the box leaves. Bigger items, like the rebounder net or the dip stands, sometimes travel in their own box.
Returns. Thirty days from the day the order reaches you. Apparel should be unworn with tags on; equipment unused and in its packaging. The returns page has the steps. You pay return postage unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we send a label.
Sizes. Apparel is standard US sizing. Measurements are on the size guide. Shin guard sleeves are sized by calf measurement, so measure before you order.
Supplements. We carry three: two gummies and a potassium capsule. They are sold by the bottle, one to three at a time, and are a side line to the gear. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
